This Privacy Policy explains how Scripture First, operated by Kingdom City Believers, handles information when you use the Scripture First website, web app, mobile applications, forms, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

• Forms and communications: contact information and details you submit for early access, feedback, support, partnerships, ambassador or creator opportunities, and other inquiries. Depending on the form, this may include your phone number, location, organization, social links, and message.
• Payment-related information: transaction details connected to donations or paid features. Payment card information is handled by the applicable payment processor rather than stored directly by Scripture First.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Services, we and our service providers may receive technical and usage information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, app version, pages or features used, timestamps, crash data, diagnostic information, and approximate location inferred from your IP address.

How we use information

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
• Create and manage accounts, saved content, and study progress.
• Process questions and prompts and return requested Bible study, research, or apologetics features.
• Respond to support requests, feedback, applications, and partnership inquiries.

AI-powered features

Some Scripture First features may use artificial intelligence or other automated systems to respond to questions, analyze claims, organize study material, or generate explanations. Information you submit to those features may be processed by technology providers that help us deliver the requested response.

AI-generated material may contain errors and should be reviewed alongside Scripture and reliable sources. Please do not submit highly sensitive personal information in study questions or prompts.

How we share information

We may share information only as reasonably necessary in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: vendors that support hosting, databases, authentication, communications, form delivery, analytics, AI features, customer support, and payment processing.
• At your direction: when you ask us to share information or use a third-party service.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
